• Items must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Every VaultPaw Feed is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 full years from delivery — the motor, electronics, dispensing mechanism and the 3-stage lock. If it fails under normal use, we repair or replace it, free. It’s included on every order — never a paid add-on.

What isn’t covered

• Damage from drops, water immersion, chewing, or disassembly beyond normal cleaning.
• Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs).
• Units purchased from unauthorized resellers.
