By using vaultpaw.com or purchasing a VaultPaw™ product, you agree to these terms.
Orders & payment
- All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers (including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
- We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or reseller abuse; you’ll be refunded in full if we do.
- Promotional prices and bundle discounts apply only while displayed at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
We ship within the United States; shipping is free on every VaultPaw Feed order. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-confirmed address.
Returns & warranty
A 90-day money-back guarantee and a 3-year warranty (both included) are described in full in our Returns & Warranty policy, which is part of these terms.
Proper use
The VaultPaw Feed is an automatic pet feeder for dry kibble, for domestic cats and dogs. It is not a toy and is not a substitute for veterinary care. Always follow the in-app feeding guidance and your vet’s advice for your pet’s diet.
Health-OS app
The companion app provides feeding logs and trends for information purposes. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Intellectual property
VaultPaw™, the VaultPaw wordmark and the padlock mark, and all site content are our property. Don’t copy, scrape or resell them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
